Some useful information for your visit

Parking: the outlet is next door to Neptune HQ which has its own spacious car park. It can get quite busy during the week but you’ll find a handful of dedicated spaces for outlet visitors immediately to the right hand side of the main building. If you’re in doubt, pop in to reception or the store and we’ll guide you on where to go. And it goes without saying that it’s free to park.

Accessibility: our store is all on one floor and is step-free (there’s ramp access to our door). If there’s anything you would like to check with us before you visit, we’re just one call away.

Prams and little ones: children are very welcome in our store, as well as The Provenist café. You can also park your pram next to our till area while you look around if you’d like.

Four-legged friends: well-behaved dogs are definitely welcome too, we just ask that you keep them on a short lead and don’t allow them up on the furniture.

The HQ showroom and café

If you’d like to explore our main collection when you visit our Wiltshire store, you can pop next door to the HQ showroom. You don’t need to book ahead, but our showroom is sometimes used for team training and other events as it’s just below our office, so is sometimes closed. If you know you’d definitely like to take a look, it’s best to call on 01793 427300 and we’ll arrange a time to show you around.

Our café, The Provenist, is at the heart of the showroom. Here, you can tuck into brunch, lunch or simply just coffee and a small bite to eat. All our dishes are locally sourced where possible, freshly made that day, and largely plant-based.
