Delivery & Returns

Delivery

When it comes to getting your new piece home, there are a few options:

  • We’re very happy for you to take it away with you there and then. Just be sure to double check that it’ll fit into your car.
  • If you’d like someone else to come and get it for you, that’s fine too. Whether it’s a courier service or a friend with a van, they can pick it up from our warehouse next door. Please let us know at least 24 hours beforehand though so we can have it packaged up and ready to go.
  • The third option is to use our white-glove delivery service. You’ll have a two-man delivery team, which means no heavy lifting on your part, and they’ll take it to your desired spot, assemble it if needed, and take away the packaging for recycling.

We can deliver to almost anywhere in the mainland UK – just get in touch with us and we’ll let you know if we can come to your address. And it’s free too if you spend over £50. If your order is less, delivery costs £10 regardless of postcode.

We’re afraid we can’t deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man though, and we might also need to charge a little more if you live in some of the remotest parts of Scotland.

Cancellations and returns

We hope you’ll be thrilled with what you buy, but if you’re not that’s fine too.
We have a 14-day no-quibble refund policy, whether you ordered in-store or online. The best thing to do if you’ve changed your mind is to let us know before we deliver or while our delivery team are still with you, that way they can bring it straight back. Otherwise, we’ll take off a £29.95 restocking fee from your refund, which covers the cost of us coming back to pick it up.
