Delivery
When it comes to getting your new piece home, there are a few options:
- We’re very happy for you to take it away with you there and then. Just be sure to double check that it’ll fit into your car.
- If you’d like someone else to come and get it for you, that’s fine too. Whether it’s a courier service or a friend with a van, they can pick it up from our warehouse next door. Please let us know at least 24 working hours beforehand though so we can have it packaged up and ready to go. Orders placed at a weekend will be ready for collection the following Tuesday.
- The third option is to use our white-glove delivery service. You’ll have a two-man delivery team, which means no heavy lifting on your part, and they’ll take it to your desired spot, assemble it if needed, and take away the packaging for recycling.
We can deliver to almost anywhere in Mainland UK (including the Highlands of Scotland) – just get in touch with us and we’ll let you know if we can come to your address.
If your order is over £150, your delivery will be free. For orders under £150, it’s £6.95.
For the Highlands and Isle of Wight, it’s £17.50 for parcel delivery and £300 (excluding ferry charges) for furniture. The standard service for these areas is a pallet kerbside delivery. In some instances, we can offer our White Glove Service if preferred. Price on request.
We’re afraid we can’t deliver to Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside of Mainland UK.

All Neptune Outlet products are not supplied with any warranty or guarantees as standard. This does not affect your consumer rights.
