Parking: The Outlet is next-door to Neptune head office which has its own spacious car park. You're more than welcome to park here, but it does get quite busy during the week. And it goes without saying that it's free to park.

Wheelchair access: The Outlet is spread across one floor. It's step-free, we spread out the designs so there's plenty of room, and there's ramp access to the front door. If there's anything you would like to check with us before you visit, we're just one call away.

Prams and little ones: you're more than welcome to park your pram next to our till area so you can browse to your hearts content. 

See the showroom: while you're here, if you'd like to take a look around our main Neptune showroom, you can arrange an appointment so we can show you around. Simply call 01793 427 300 and we'll find a date and time that suits you best.

Four-legged friends: Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome too. But if you’re the proud owner of four Great Danes, we’d appreciate it if you perhaps left them at home.
