We’ve put together these terms and conditions to cover any order from The Neptune Outlet – whether you place it online or in-store.

About the designs
The Neptune Outlet is a place where we house end-of-line designs, customer returns, and samples from our photoshoots. So it goes without saying that many will have the odd knock or bump.
Sometimes these imperfections are obvious, sometimes you can hardly notice them. We’re here to point out where they are and our online products generally have videos linked to highlight the imperfections.
We make all our designs, including the ones in The Neptune Outlet, from natural materials wherever we can. Changes in colour, texture and wood grain, as well as slubs in fabrics, are just a lovely characteristic of this.
When it comes to paint, sunlight and moisture can change the colour over time. And because we make our paint using natural pigments and materials, there can also be some variations between different batches too. It’s just something to bear in mind if you’re buying several pieces in the same colour.
We always try our best to make sure that the descriptions, images and prices on our website are correct. Sometimes we can’t control this (e.g. computer monitors can affect colour), but if you spot something that you think isn’t quite right, let us know and we’ll try to sort it out as soon as we can.
What happens if we get the price wrong
Even though we do our very best to make sure all our designs have the right price in store and online, very rarely we might get it wrong.
If that happens in store, we’ll let you know before you pay for it, and you’ll pay the correct price if you’d still like to take it home.
Online, we’ll let you know before we send the order out to you to see if you’d like to pay the correct price or cancel the order. If we can’t get in touch with you, we’ll go ahead and cancel it.
Because the designs in The Neptune Outlet are one-offs or there are just a few left, they can sell out quickly. We don’t usually reserve pieces, but if you’re making a long journey and are worried the piece you want will be gone by the time you get to us, just call ahead and we’ll set it aside until the end of the day.
We also often have different designs in our store than we do on our website. That’s so we don’t sell the same piece to two people, but if a piece is online and in-store, we’ll update the website as soon as it’s sold.
Please note that we are unable to process orders over the telephone.
When it comes to getting your new piece home, there are a few options:
- We’re very happy for you to take it away with you there and then. Just be sure to double check that it’ll fit into your car.
- If you’d like someone else to come and get it for you, that’s fine too. Whether it’s a courier service or a friend with a van, they can pick it up from our warehouse next door. Please let us know at least 24 hours beforehand though so we can have it packaged up and ready to go.
- The third option is to use our white-glove delivery service. You’ll have a two-man delivery team, which means no heavy lifting on your part, and they’ll take it to your desired spot, assemble it if needed, and take away the packaging for recycling.
We can deliver to almost anywhere in the mainland UK – just get in touch with us and we’ll let you know if we can come to your address. And it’s free too if you spend over £50. If your order is less, delivery costs £10 regardless of postcode.
We’re afraid we can’t deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man though, and we might also need to charge a little more if you live in some of the remotest parts of Scotland.
Occasionally we may offer additional discounts and offers. We will only be able to honour one discount per order and or customer. Discounts are only available for a limited time and can be withdrawn without notice. Discounts cannot be used with any other offers and are exclusive to Neptune Outlet purchases either in-store or online.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept gift vouchers that are valid for use at www.neptune.com or in any of our Neptune stores.
Cancellations and returns
We hope you’ll be thrilled with what you buy, but if you’re not that’s fine too.
We have a 14-day no-quibble refund policy, whether you ordered in-store or online. The best thing to do if you’ve changed your mind is to let us know before we deliver or while our delivery team are still with you, that way they can bring it straight back. Otherwise, we’ll take off a £29.95 restocking fee from your refund, which covers the cost of us coming back to pick it up.
Neptune Outlet products are not supplied with a warranty as standard. This does not affect your consumer rights.
The legal bit
We’re not liable to you for any indirect losses, including not being able to do what we’ve said because of things outside our control.
By buying from us, you agree that anything ordered is for your own use and that you won’t re-sell it.

These terms fall under English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts. They also don’t affect your statutory rights.
