Before visiting The Outlet or purchasing online, there’s some important information for us to point out.

We appreciate that there’s a little bit of reading, but it’s worth taking a few moments to make yourself aware.

If there’s anything of which you’re unsure, we’re just one call away.

About the designs

  • Most of the designs that come into The Outlet will have some sort of imperfection. Sometimes it's so minor, it can be hard to see, but we are able to point out the areas or provide you with imagery of instore products so you can make an informed decision.

Purchasing through The Outlet

  • The Outlet operates on a first-to-pay basis because we have such limited numbers, so expect items to sell out quickly.

  • Some designs are only available to buy online while others are available in-store only. This is to avoid duplicate selling. Once something has sold in-store, we'll update the website straight away.

  • As a general rule of thumb, we don't reserve items. We can make special exceptions if you're making a long journey and don't want to risk the item selling out by the time you get here. We'll hold them until the end of the day if you call ahead.

  • If for whatever reason you wish to return your item/s, we offer a 14-day no-quibble refund policy. For full details, just click here.


  • Designs purchased from The Outlet can be taken home there and then. Be sure to check the dimensions of the product so that it will fit in your vehicle.

  • You can also arrange a courier service to collect from our neighbouring warehouse. We ask for 24 hours' notice so that we can be sure your item/s are ready and waiting for you.

  • At the moment, we aren’t able to deliver to your local store for pick-up.

  • If you're arranging your own delivery, we'll package the item for you in-store so that it can travel home with you safe and sound.

  • Alternatively, you can use our delivery service which is available across the majority of mainland UK. There are two options, briefly summarised below. The fee varies depending on your postcode and estimated journey time. You can check if we deliver to your address as well as getting a delivery quote for your area by calling or emailing us through our ‘get in touch’ page.

  • The Outlet delivery service runs separately to deliveries from neptune.com or from any of our stores. If you’re expecting a delivery from neptune.com, we can attempt to combine your deliveries upon request (so that you don’t need to wait at home for two separate slots), but The Outlet delivery fees will still apply.
